A community of voices develops our programs. Those programs create impact. That impact changes the world.

Everything we do connects to young people and their success!

We offer a range of mentoring programs focused on building strong relationships in safe spaces with youth. The Inspire program (ages 11-18) includes weekly group sessions discussing self-discovery, overcoming challenges, and academic improvement, along with monthly 1:1 mentor-mentee connections. The college and career readiness component aids youth with services such as college admissions and success assistance and job interview preparation. For young people who want to explore a more entrepreneurial path, our Pathways program (ages 15-24) helps them develop skills in creative areas including photography, videography, and graphic design. This program also empowers participants to use their creative voices to address social issues they see in their communities and city. You can sign up a young person for one of our programs here.

Our community wellness programs were created to ensure that young people can live and learn in thriving spaces. The well-being of the communities where young people reside is just as important as their individual growth and development. With that in mind, these programs prioritize the dignity and empowerment of the communities we serve. The Mobile Food Pantry, part of our commitment to participant choice and accessibility, delivers customizable grocery bags to families' doorsteps. With an online ordering system, families can select items that best fit their needs. The pantry welcomes all residents in our delivery area, with an intentional focus on supporting families with children and individuals facing mobility challenges. Our S.O.W. Hope Community Garden supplies fresh produce for the local community, supports our mobile food pantry, and allows us to serve healthier dinner choices for our weekly youth mentoring program. Hands-on gardening, nutrition education workshops, and a variety of health and wellness activities are also offered in our garden space.

Volunteers are our backbone! Individuals and small groups are invited to bring their skills and passions to the communities we serve. Volunteers can participate in serving a meal, mentoring or tutoring a student, delivering groceries, and more. Maybe you have your own idea on how to help, we can’t wait to hear it! Sign up to volunteer, check out our upcoming events, or contact us for more information.
